Complaints about digital content
The Seller will deliver the Digital Product in the specified resolution and quality.
The Buyer has the right to complain about the product and may complain about defects that appear on the item within 24 months of receipt of the item.
Access and sending the Digital Product.
The access data to the products or to the relevant URL address are intended only for the personal use of the customer.
Access to the user account is secured by a username and password.
The Customer is obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the information necessary to access his user account for the product or the provided URL address.
The Seller shall not be liable for the misuse of the username and password by a third party.

What about returns within 14 days?
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Who is the owner - of the Digital Product
The moment of sale, when the Digital Product is handed over to the Buyer by the Seller, when the Buyer is allowed to dispose of it.
The Buyer becomes the owner and can dispose of the Digital Product as he wishes.
Buyer's withdrawal from the contract
The buyer can withdraw from the purchase contract in any unambiguous way.
Not only in writing, but also, for example, by phone, by sending an email, or via chat in Messenger or WhatsApp.
We have the right to request the return of the digital medium.
The customer is obliged to refrain from further use of the digital content.
The money will be returned to you in the same way as it was received, within 14 days of receiving the information with the withdrawal from the contract
Support for digital content
The Seller: Is responsible for the condition of the Digital Product when it is made available/delivered
meaning sending the access data by the seller to the customer's email address specified in the sales form, or by sending a URL link.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Digital Product no later than 30 days from the order
otherwise the customer does not have to collect the Digital Product and does not have to pay for it. The purchase contract simply expires.
