Consent to the processing of personal data

By consenting to the processing of personal data, the person concerned authorizes Miroslav-Frkal.cz, with registered office at Rajnochovice 58, 768 71 Rajnochovice, hereinafter referred to as "Administrator", in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Processing Act") processed the following personal data of the person concerned:

company name
address
by e-mail
telephone number

Name, surname, company name, address, telephone number and e-mail must be processed for the purpose of customer registration. These data will be processed by the Administrator for 30 years.

Processing of personal data

By agreeing to the processing of personal data, the person in question gives his express consent with the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by email by using the link tools that we offer you in your customer account, by sending an email or sending a letter to the contact details of the management company. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator.

request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
